  • Home Maintenance Workshop for Occupants

This training program has been developed based on my extensive experience working within First Nation communities, my personal expertise in the trade, and my professional career. It incorporates three key learning elements: visual demonstrations, auditory instruction, and hands-on, real-time repairs. The training is designed to be completed in a full 8-hour session within a single day.

Upon completion, participants will receive a certificate, allowing housing departments to track those who have undergone home maintenance training prior to occupying a Nation home.

    Mold Training for Home Occupants

This training program builds upon the "Home Maintenance Workshop" with a specialized focus on mold-related issues. While the general workshop provides a brief overview of mold, this session offers a deeper exploration of its root causes, effective cleaning methods, repair techniques, preventative solutions, and strategies to minimize significant mold growth in the home.

The session incorporates three key learning components: visual demonstrations, auditory instruction, and hands-on, real-time repairs. Designed as a comprehensive 8-hour workshop, it is completed in a single day, and participants will receive a certificate of attendance upon completion.

This training is ideal for individuals seeking an in-depth understanding of mold prevention and management.
